“Julia has skills that cover the complete life cycle of a career and I highly recommend her if you are wanting a highly skilled professional to assist you in senior recruiting, outplacement services or career mapping pathways for your high potential employees.

I have worked with Julia on many assignments over the past 17 years. She has assisted me in successfully placing several ‘C’ suite roles and I must say during these assignments her professionalism and detail is unquestionable. Julia is probably one of the best recruiters I have worked with over the years. She builds the interview around the specific needs for the role and her skills with behavioural based questioning is excellent. Her reviews of the candidates are exact and detailed giving you a clear synopsis of the person, their skills and their attributes across the board.

Julia has also assisted me with outplacement services for senior managers. This process has given these managers direction and structure assisting them to find their next career role. The feedback I have received from these managers has always been positive and they all say the process helps them actually think a little differently about their next career steps.

I have also used Julia’s skills with helping our high potential employees who have lost their way a little map out their career pathways. Julia guides them through a Career Blueprint that encourages them to challenge themselves on where they want to take their careers as well as understanding what their true strengths are, developing their self-awareness. Again the feedback I receive from our employees who have gone through this process is always positive and they come away with clear pathways for their future.”
